GW Technologies is the authorised Australian distributor of DADCO nitrogen gas springs. We carry an extensive range of stock and can supply most models next business day. GW Technologies offers application and design advice and a regassing and repair service for DADCO products.

DADCO's stock lifter range offers an attractive alternative to build-it-yourself stock lifters. The DADCO stock lifter range includes models for single-point, multi-point or rail lift applications. SL, SLN and SLC series lifters are ideal for progressive stamping dies.

 SL.16 Stock Lifter

DADCO's SL.16 has a 14 mm diameter cylinder with an M16 threaded body.  Forces on contact range from 13 lb to 114 lb and stroke lengths are available from 10 mm to 100 mm. 


 

 SLN.090 Micro Nitrogen Gas Lifter

DADCO's SLN.090 Micro Nitrogen Gas Lifter provides an all-in-one lifter approach to guided lift applications.  Forces on contact range from 40 lb to 200 lb and stroke lengths are available from 25 mm to 125 mm. 


 

 SLN.300 Non-Rotating Nitrogen Gas Lifter

DADCO's SLN.300 Non-Rotating Nitrogen Gas Lifter helps decrease die construction costs by eliminating the need for additional guidance components.  Forces on contact range from 77 lb to 667 lb and stroke lengths are available from 50 mm to 150 mm.

 


 

 SLC.800 Nitrogen Gas Spring Rail Lifter

DADCO's SLC.800 Nitrogen Gas Spring Rail Lifter eliminates guide and shock absorber elements for rail lifter applications.  Forces on contact range from 395 lb to 1580 lb and stroke lengths are available from 50 mm to 200mm.
