Forged Adjustable Clamp (Inch & Metric Sizes)


 

Jergens Forged Adjustable Clamps employ an integrated swivel bushing to automatically compensate for clamping height changes within their clamping ranges. Fitting is easy and fast  - alleviating the need for clumsy packing and shimming to achieve perfect clamping height. Clamp heights range from 0-3.5"  (see chart below for full specs). The swivel bushing is permanently mounted in the clamp which alleviates lost or missing parts. A brass heel plate is fitted as standard to protect the machine table.

An ideal companion to the Forged adjustable clamps, these hardened and ground heavy duty washers are made from high carbon through - hardened steel which makes them up to 50% stronger than standard heavy duty washers. Also more fracture resistant under heavy loads.
